In a game, much like the rest of the season, barring any miracles, the Jets earned a useless two points against the New York Islanders on Thursday night, 4-2.
The only real highlight to this game was Bryan Little scoring his 19th and 20th goals of the season, which gives the Jets at least five players with 20 or more goals.
Not much to report on this one, except that Shawn Matthias has decided to undergo shoulder surgery for an on-going problem. Coach Paul Maurice said it is a re-hab and will take months for Matthias to return.
