Laine Close To Return?

Patrik Laine of the Winnipeg Jets has been cleared to resume full-contact practice on Sunday, after suffering a concussion when he was hit by Sabres defenceman Jake McCabe on Jan. 7.Patrik Laine, who has been out of action since suffering a concussion on Jan. 7, has cleared medical hurdles and was wearing a full-contact jersey at practice this morning.

Head coach Paul Maurice has repeatedly stated that there is no timetable for Laine's return but after an interview with Winnipeg media, (you'll have to scroll down the page to find the video...sorry) Laine himself says he's almost ready to go, but will still listen to the direction of the team's medical staff.
